What does it cost?
3 matches a day are included. After that, a pass costs KES 10 for 24 hours of unlimited matches, charged to your Safaricom airtime. Nothing renews.
Does the pass renew?
Never. Each pass needs your own confirmation on your phone. When it ends you are back on 3 matches a day.
I was charged but have no pass.
Tell support your reference from the receipt or the payment page. A pass that was paid for but not granted is granted, and a double charge is put right.
How do goals work?
Both players answer the same seven questions. The faster correct answer scores. A draw goes to penalties, one question at a time.
Who am I playing?
A real earlier run, always labelled as a recording. Nobody is pretending to be online.
Do I need to sign up?
No. A nickname, a club and an age check are all it takes. A phone number is added only if you buy a pass.
A question is wrong.
Tap Report question during the match. Wrong questions are retired within a day.
How do I get help?
Support is open 08:00 to 20:00 EAT. Complaints are acknowledged within 2 working days.
